Boba and Duzer-pals for life

Columbus Day parade in Boston. This is my friend Boba Fet, he is the real hero who discovered America!

Boston is great, big city but not too big.  Near the ocean, lots of history and home to the most crazed sports fans in the world.  I’ve been here two days and it’s been a great rest for both the legs and the behind.  While here I’ve seen Paul Revere’s house, more American flags than I’ve ever seen in my life and loads of drunk Sox fans. They wonder the streets yelling “Yankees Suck, Yankees suck!”  I don’t get it, they aren’t even playing against the Yankees, yet seem more interested in their games than their own. Oh well.

Tomorrow we leave for Rhode Island, never been there before, doesn’t sound too exciting (sorry to Rhode Islanders).  It’ll get us closer to NYC though, a city that I’m really looking forward to introduce to my bike.

*PS, you can buy Champagne at 7-11 convenient stores here, crazy!  God bless America!

Duzer! (and Boba)…so glad to be able to keep abreast of your adventures. Your descriptions always make me smile, chortle, and even sometimes LOL. Champagne at 7-11? Is it 3.2 champagne? haha. Peace love and positive vibes! Don’t forget your machete…joking!!!
